KC Brass win 6-0 at Springfield Demize on June 6, 2009. Matt Kuhn (Raytown South, KC LegendsKC Wizards U19, Drake) scores three goals for the KC Brass. Edson Edward (KC Wizards U19, Graceland), Kevin Shrout (Lee's Summit, KC Pace, Drake) and Coady Andrews (Mill Valley, KC Legends WC, Mid America Nazarene) also score.

Game Note: KC Brass midfielder Kevin Shrout scored from over 60 yards when he caught the Demize goalkeeper off his line. Shrout was also playing with the KC Brass when a similar goal was scored by a teammate. Josh Howard, currently playing professionally in Sweden, scored from 62 yards in the KC Brass' 3-1 win vs St. Louis Lions in 2007. Howard's goal came on a quick free kick. Shrout's long range goal was in the flow of play.
